Purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, rentals, projects, finance and workforce planning in one company workspace.
Upload the company logo in Companies. New invoices, receipts, contracts and PDF exports use that company branding.
Select a module, then use Section shortcuts to open its available tools. Open Tutorial beside an action before entering data.
Banks, signatures, payments, GPS, Autodesk and payroll filing require configured providers and real validation. Included limits and external fees still apply.
Support recognizes the selected company and industry. Shared functions, compatible modules, locked add-ons, and tutorials update with that configuration.
Select a plan and choose Join the waitlist. Monthly, six-month, and annual checkout will be enabled after Stripe is connected and verified.
Clients and employees use their registered email. The owner uses protected owner access.
Enter your email, select Forgot password and follow the email link.
Add the company, choose its industry and invite authorized users.
Select the company, open the module and follow its tutorial.
Manage leads, tasks and campaigns. Calls, SMS and AI stop at the limit.
Configure inventory, cashiers and equipment separately for each store.
Manage loads, carriers, drivers, documents, invoices and settlements.
During prelaunch, add-ons remain locked and are not charged. They will be enabled only after Stripe is connected and payment is confirmed.

The Construction Center includes manual measurement, paint, takeoff, bids, crews, equipment, and warranty tools. Photo, plan, material, weather, and satellite add-ons stay locked until paid and stop at their limit.
Selecting an industry activates internal tools for professional services, retail, restaurants, field services, automotive shops, academies, travel, and Pilot Escort without external charges. Tax services only manage W-2 and 1099 records; they do not prepare or transmit tax returns. Every button has a complete Play, Pause, and Restart tutorial.
Free Tools includes forms, search, recovery, surveys, approvals, numbering, templates, expirations, equipment checkout, and internal requests. Dedicated centers are also available for property management, events, equipment rental, manufacturing, agriculture, nonprofits, real estate, childcare, pet services, and fitness, with no external charges.
CRM & AI Sales and POS appear as locked buttons in the construction plan. Confirmed payment automatically activates the button, module, permissions, and tutorial. Signature packs and capacity for additional companies or users are also credited only after payment.
In every plan that includes or supports a POS add-on, it manages sales, inventory, costs, barcodes, cashiers, shifts, employees and permissions, reports, and integrated accounting, with separate data by company and store. Physical equipment and fees charged directly by Stripe, Square, or another processor are not included.
The new YLNY Construction, Contractor & Engineering Management plan includes projects, phases, completion percentage, job schedules, tasks, owners, and daily logs.
A standalone plan for one company and three users: owner, accountant, and employee. It includes income, expenses, double-entry accounting, chart of accounts, general ledger, reconciliation, invoices, receivables, payables, customers, vendors, inventory, projects, budgets, assets, and financial and tax reports. Each section includes Play, Pause, previous/next, and Restart tutorial controls. Automatic bank connection requires Plaid Production; compatible transactions can be imported and reconciled in the meantime.
