Time Clock · phone, tablet and computer
  1. Free Basic and Accounting & Bookkeeping: Time Clock is a $14.99/month add-on, locked until confirmed payment. Included in all other plans; owner and pilots remain complimentary. · Leave, location and schedules · Optional add-on · $9.99/month
  2. Open Employee Time Clock in the correct company. Create the employee and an exactly six-digit PIN; they can also choose it while signing a compatible contract. Authorized employers can view or reset it.
  3. Select the employee to pair their phone; Device and Location are optional. A shared clock can use its location name. Share the code by email, SMS or WhatsApp; it expires in 24 hours. Generate new code renews access and preserves history.
  4. For phones, open the employee and select Create Time Clock link. Copy or share through connected email, SMS or WhatsApp. Each employee signs in with their PIN and sees only their information.
  5. Use Clock In, Lunch Out, Lunch In, Break Out, Break In and Clock Out. Review daily hours, weekly totals and estimated or reviewed overtime.
  6. Request a meeting and explain why. Blue alerts notify the employer, who proposes a time. Employee acceptance produces a yellow alert, schedules the appointment and keeps reminders in the panel. Punches remain available.
  7. Employers review and approve shifts. Only approved unused hours can import to Payroll when included in the plan, using effective rates and overtime classification.
  8. When the plan includes Payroll, enable daily, weekly, biweekly, twice-monthly, monthly, annual or every-X-days drafts, with or without Time Clock. Confirm the fixed salary per period; complete missing variable data before review and Save. It does not automatically send funds.
  9. Personal links can be renewed or revoked. Removing employees frees seats and retains history. Notices appear inside the portal on refresh or login; they are not phone push notifications.
  10. View my 1099 or W-2: Attach a previously prepared copy. Delivery does not generate or file forms with IRS/SSA. The employee needs their personal link and PIN.
Help (!) for fields and buttons
  1. Tap the yellow exclamation icon for field and button meanings and examples, in purchase forms and inside the software.
  2. Opening help does not submit forms, accept terms or execute actions. Explanations follow the selected software language.
Payroll and employee records
  1. Record name, contact, classification and pay basis. Social Security numbers and PINs have privacy controls; removing employees with history retains documents, signed contracts and payroll.
  2. For hourly pay, import approved Time Clock shifts. For miles, percentages, salary or other bases use the corresponding fields; review loads, Pick Up/Delivery dates, overtime, deductions and total before saving.
  3. Review status, PAY number, preview and print. Share using available methods and verify recipients. Saving publishes payroll to the employee; paid status requires verifying payment.
Invoices, collections and documents
  1. Use company branding, multiline description/PO, dates or period, unit/serial and optional terms as supported by the form. Empty optional fields are omitted from compatible documents.
  2. Search by company, client, number or date. Review preview, paid/pending/partial status and exact selection before printing or sharing through available email, WhatsApp or SMS.
  3. Payment screenshots are pending evidence, not verified funds or automatic income. Card/ACH need a connected processor; check plan limits.
Contracts, signing and folders
  1. Compatible employment packages offer English/Spanish, retain answers and allow an optional six-digit PIN. Previously signed originals remain unchanged.
  2. Open, edit and share through enabled options. Electronic signing and packages require the corresponding plan and setup; a free basic contract does not enable electronic signing.
Dispatch, evidence and folders
  1. Brokers / Rate Confirmation and BOL organizes RC/BOL by broker, load, date and subfolder. Receipts, fuel, photos and incidents remain in their evidence areas.
  2. Open folders to upload from phone, tablet or computer; use exact selections for print, move, share or trash where enabled. Check destination and preserve originals and history.
  3. Receipts are organized by folder, date and currency; review missing amounts. Moving files does not duplicate the original expense.
Stable help and accessible menu
  1. Small (!) help marks stay beside their field or button while scrolling. Tap for an explanation without running the action. The menu has a larger touch target.
Navigation and phone layout
  1. Back and Forward restore module and company in owner and customer panels. Time Clock is in the menu; header shortcuts show their names and adapt to phones.
Employee tax documents
  1. In the W-2/1099 center attach a reviewed PDF copy and verify legal name and identification against the profile before publishing to Time Clock. Employees use their link and PIN. Sharing protected access does not generate or file official forms.
Industry, modules and contracts
  1. Selecting or entering an industry chooses its compatible tools: passenger/taxi, construction, restaurant, retail or another category. New industries retain customizable tools. Modules follow plan and permissions; agreements and applications follow the employee’s actual role. Review content, pay and requirements before sending for signature.
Plan inclusions and setup requirements
